Instructions
- In a bowl mix 1 lb ground meat with 1 egg 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup Parmesan 2 tbsp parsley 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper then gently combine without overmixing
