  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  2. In another bowl whisk 3 tbsp melted butter with 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp honey until combined
  3. Pat pork dry then rub with 1 tbsp olive oil and coat evenly with seasoning mixture
  4. Heat skillet over medium high and sear pork for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned
  5. Pour garlic butter sauce over pork then transfer skillet to oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F
  6. Baste pork with sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor and moisture
  7. Remove from oven let rest 5 to 10 minutes then slice and serve with sauce
