  • 2 cups chicken breast diced
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 0.5 cup carrots diced
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C then press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat add chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic soy sauce honey and sweet chili sauce then stir and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until chicken is glazed and sauce thickens.
  4. In a bowl combine cabbage carrots and green onions and toss lightly to keep vegetables crisp.
  5. Fill wonton cups with chicken top with slaw garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds and serve warm.
