- 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk sweet chili sauce soy sauce sesame oil cornstarch and ¼ cup water in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes until done then remove.
- Add remaining oil and cook onion garlic broccoli and bell pepper for 4 to 5 minutes until tender crisp.
- Return chicken to pan pour in sauce and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds then serve.
