  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken buffalo sauce honey ranch dressing and garlic then mix until evenly coated.
  3. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally keeping them connected and place the bottom half on the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls making sure it reaches all edges for even filling.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken layer for full coverage and good melt.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on and press gently to set.
  7. Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush generously over the tops.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
