- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove mushroom stems and clean caps.
- Mix breadcrumbs Parmesan sun dried tomatoes pine nuts parsley garlic and olive oil.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with filling.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
