Description

Make these easy stuffed mushrooms for quick healthy and simple appetizer ideas they are the best for parties holidays gatherings and weeknight entertaining!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz mushrooms
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove mushroom stems and clean caps.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs Parmesan sun dried tomatoes pine nuts parsley garlic and olive oil.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with filling.
  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Toast pine nuts for deeper flavor.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
