Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk yeast and 1 tbsp sugar and rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add remaining sugar eggs butter salt and flour and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread strawberry jam mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll tightly slice into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Let rise 30 minutes then bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Mix cream cheese powdered sugar vanilla and a spoon of jam.
  8. Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
