- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt black pepper paprika and Italian seasoning on both sides. Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil and place the chicken in a single layer.
- In a bowl whisk together heavy cream chicken broth garlic Parmesan cheese and sun dried tomatoes until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry then stir it into the slow cooker. Add fresh spinach and gently mix. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce thickens and spinach wilts.
