Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef stew meat
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Add onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
  2. Place beef on top and pour in broth Worcestershire sauce soy sauce paprika salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours until beef is tender.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into sauce.
  5. Stir in sour cream gently.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and serve beef over noodles.
