Ingredients
- 5-6 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
