Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with egg and cornstarch until evenly covered.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Whisk soy sauce honey vinegar sesame oil garlic and ginger in a bowl.
  4. Return chicken to skillet pour sauce over and simmer 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Finish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve warm.
