Description

This easy New York cheesecake is the best quick and simple dessert for any celebration and it’s rich creamy and perfect if you need healthy inspired ideas for gatherings birthdays holidays or family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar divided
  • 4 blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Mix cracker crumbs butter and sugar to form crust.
  2. Press crust into springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar sour cream vanilla and lemon zest.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Pour filling over crust.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 60–75 minutes.
  8. Cool gradually then refrigerate.
