  • 4 flatbread crackers or flatbread sheets
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced or torn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for topping
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze optional


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
