Description

These easy garlic parmesan knots are the best quick and simple healthy ideas for dinners or parties. Soft warm and buttery they make a delicious side for pasta nights holiday meals or any gathering where you need a fast crowd-pleasing bread!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Divide dough into small pieces and roll into ropes.
  3. Tie each rope into a knot and place on the sheet.
  4. Brush with melted butter garlic and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Brush with more butter and sprinkle Parmesan and parsley.
  7. Serve warm.
