  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  2. Add the softened cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until smooth scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese parsley chives and minced garlic then pulse again until evenly combined.
  4. Drizzle in the olive oil add salt and black pepper then blend until the spread becomes light and creamy. If needed add a teaspoon more olive oil for a softer texture.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning then transfer to a bowl cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  6. Before serving let the spread sit at room temperature for 10 minutes and stir gently for the best consistency.
