- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve 1 2 cup pasta water before draining Tip reserve water helps adjust sauce
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper and pat dry for better searing
- Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in skillet and cook shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink then remove
