  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup ricotta cheese Italian seasoning salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until smooth for a creamy layer.
  2. Spoon 1/2 cup marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker and spread evenly to prevent sticking.
  3. Add a single layer of frozen ravioli slightly overlapping for full coverage.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli then sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and some Parmesan.
  5. Add half of the spinach and gently press it down so it fits evenly.
  6. Repeat layers with sauce ravioli cheese and spinach ending with sauce and remaining mozzarella.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until ravioli are tender and cheese is melted.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving to help layers set.
