- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
