  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces then mix with soy sauce garlic ginger and sesame oil letting it rest for 5 minutes for better flavor.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat add chicken and cook for 8 to 10 minutes stirring until fully cooked and lightly golden.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F then shape wonton wrappers over a rack or muffin tin and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
  4. In a bowl mix cabbage carrots green onions mayonnaise and lime juice adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Fill each crispy shell with warm chicken then top with slaw sesame seeds and cilantro and serve immediately for best texture.
