  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the loaf and bake for 15–20 more minutes.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
