Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken and slice the celery and grapes.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise Dijon mustard lemon juice salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl combine chicken celery grapes parsley and red onion if using.
  4. Pour the dressing over and toss gently until well coated.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
