  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until just tender then drain and lay flat Tip Do not overcook to prevent mushy layers
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat then whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute Tip This removes raw flour taste
  3. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened then add garlic salt pepper and Italian seasoning Tip Whisk constantly for smooth sauce
  4. Stir spinach into the warm sauce until wilted then remove from heat
  5. In a bowl mix ricotta cheese egg Parmesan salt and pepper until smooth
  6. Assemble lasagna with sauce noodles chicken ricotta mixture and mozzarella repeating layers evenly
  7. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes then uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden Tip Rest before slicing
