Instructions

  3. In another bowl mix eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in grated carrots and nuts.
  6. Pour batter evenly into pans and bake 30–35 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before frosting.
  8. For frosting beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  9. Frost the cooled cakes and garnish with nuts.
