Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots finely and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, grated carrots, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
