Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Rinse tomatoes and basil then pat mozzarella dry.
  2. Assemble skewers by alternating tomatoes basil and mozzarella.
  3. Place skewers on a platter.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
